Points of Light Announces the Promotion of Three Staff Members to Its Executive Team
Points of Light, the world’s largest nonprofit dedicated to accelerating people-powered change, announced today the promotion of three staff members to its leadership team, including Joselyn “Jos” Cassidy, chief human resources officer; Paul Hollahan, chief development officer; and Christine Schoppe, chief strategy and growth officer.
“I am delighted to announce the addition of three leaders to the Points of Light executive team, each of whom has contributed to our organization’s growth and impact over the past several years,” said Natalye Paquin, president and CEO, Points of Light. “It has been a privilege to work alongside Jos, Paul and Christine, and I look forward to their continued leadership in their new roles to help move our mission forward.”
Joselyn “Jos” Cassidy is the chief human resources officer at Points of Light, where she is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of Points of Light. Her focus includes the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management and providing guidance to the CEO on human resources matters. Jos has an extensive background in human resources with over 30 years of experience and 12 at Points of Light in human resources strategic management.
Paul Hollahan serves as the chief development officer at Points of Light. He leads the team that works with donors and partners aligning with and investing in our mission to advance civic engagement, leveraging Points of Light’s assets to inspire, equip and mobilize people to take action that changes the world. Paul has been with Points of Light since March 2010. Prior to his joining Points of Light, Paul worked as a development officer focusing on children’s healthcare. Most recently, he served seven years with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in roles managing national corporate partnerships and as a regional director of a six-state area managing a team of 23 professional fundraisers representing four distinct offices.
Christine Schoppe is the chief strategy and growth officer at Points of Light where she is responsible for leading enterprise-wide strategic planning and implementation, acting as a connector across initiatives, people and departments to ensure that strategic targets are delivered on behalf of the enterprise and its mission. Prior to joining Points of Light in 2017, Christine worked at Girl Scouts of the USA in the Office of Strategy & Advancement, leading a portfolio of strategic initiatives on behalf of Girl Scouts federation of local councils.
