Margaret Seifert

Margaret Seifert is the director of Volunteer Engagement at Metro United Way in Louisville, Kentucky. With 21 years of nonprofit leadership, Margaret is a passionate advocate for volunteerism, believing in its transformative ability to strengthen communities and empower individuals. Her expertise spans volunteer engagement, membership development and event management. She thrives on fostering collaboration and expanding collective impact, leading innovative volunteer events across the Greater Louisville region and Central Texas, including collaborations with Grammy-nominated artist Jack Harlow and Fortune 500 companies. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Louisville, along with certifications in volunteer administration and membership management. Margaret is a recipient of the Ruth Anderson Award of Excellence in Volunteer Management award from the Kentuckiana Association of Volunteer Administrators.
