Daily Point of Light # 5161 Feb 25, 2014

Headquartered in Manhattan, Montana, Tiny Tails K-9 Rescue is a small breed and puppy rescue dedicated to the welfare of all animals and providing low and no cost animal services and education to the community.

The non-profit is operated by community volunteers who have given thousands of hours of their time to rescue, transport, and acquire medical care and safe homes for many animals. Over the years, volunteers have taken in animals other local shelters are unable to care for because of medical or space issues. In addition, they assist animal owners with spay services, vaccinations and foster care. Their services go as far as providing animal first aid and CPR classes to the public and to first responders.

Since its inception, Tiny Tails K-9 Rescue has provided over 3,000 homes to abandoned and abused animals. Its volunteers have raised funds and dedicated their time to ensure over 1,000 animals received spay and vaccination services.
