Mary Gallo Teicholz

Danbury, Connecticut, resident Mary Gallo Teicholz has organized the town’s annual “Walk of Honor” event for the past six years. The event spotlights a local veteran who has served in combat, thanking them for their service with a special Walk of Honor Warrior Award. Mary’s responsibilities include booking entertainers, inviting community leaders, sponsoring a writing contest for 5th graders and managing publicity and sponsorships.
