The Points of Light Foundation offers teleconferences on a myriad of topics relevant to volunteer practitioners. Conferences take many forms:

• short workshops that offer a brief curriculum on a specific topic and may include handouts and worksheets
• technical assistance calls designed to offer access to Foundation staff, peers, and experts from the field who can help answer specific questions
• discussion circles in which volunteer practitioners explore a new trend or rising concern in the field within the safe space of a facilitated call
